We are celebrating five years of Email-Postman!
Launched in February 2019, right when we were really starting to feel the pinch of the long Brexit process, Email-Postman founder Shaun Reynolds decided it was time to leave a secure job and set up his agency!
Having worked exclusively in email marketing since 2005, Shaun knew he knew his email marketing onions! He fully understood how much of a powerful tool it is in the right hands, so he decided to be “the right hands” for as many clients as possible!
And what a journey it has been so far! Gaining Klaviyo Master Silver Partner status in 2020, Email-Postman became a Mailchimp accredited expert later that year. He even got a mention in their social media! Just eighteen months after launching, Email-Postman had helped their fortieth client. And in March of 2023, Email-Postman reached the incredible milestone of one hundred clients!
“When you put your heart and soul into a venture, it’s so rewarding to see it grow and flourish”, said Shaun. “It’s been an amazing journey so far, and we’ve worked with some tremendous clients, including YuMove and 77 Diamonds, BBC Maestro and Saga. We’ve helped some smaller businesses set their platforms up properly and helped clients negotiate the changing privacy rules. Five years on, over one hundred and twenty clients, and we’re still going strong!”
There have been many changes and advances in the last five years. Email marketing platforms have greater functionality while privacy and data regulations have been tightened. Additionally, the economic climate is tougher and the marketplace has become increasingly competitive. Shaun has launched two new products of his own, designed to augment Email-Postman.

A tough task of any email marketing campaign is the analysis. What worked, and what didn’t? Shaun created Email-Heatmaps to make light of this. The system overlays a sent campaign to show a heatmap of your most popular call-to-action buttons. Now, you can see, at a glance, what worked best. The hotter the spot, the better it worked!
